Should you sacrafice lifestyle for work or work for lifestyle. How do you decide what is the right balance and if you are giving up too much for your career?

Work definitely because work provides you with more than just an income to support your lifestyle, it provides a sense of accomplishment, self confidence and esteem as well as pride and intellectual stimulation. Your lifestyle is a reflection of your work.

Work...that way you can have the lifestyle you want and still feel fulfilled. It sucks having a good lifestyle, but being bored.
