I wonder sometimes how do people manage to get up from bed at a specific time everyday, do the same routine things from morning to night everyday , go to bed and wake up next day again to do the exactly same thing...no matter in which profession a man is...apart from a slight variation it's all the same for everyone , isn't it so??

Then how do we do it? where do we get the energy and the inspiration from???

When it becomes routine, it actually takes less energy and inspiration. Thats why the longer you do it, the easier it becomes. For example, if you start waking up at, say 5.30 am every morning from a previous 6.30 am, the first few days or weeks would be very troublesome. But after a while, it becomes second nature ...

Great Question.
I think it starts with our loves and passions. What do you love? What would you read a book about if you could? What topic of conversation do you love to talk about- even if it bores all your friends. A job is only monotonous if it's based around making money, and not your passions.
I love church and counseling. I love reading books about these things. If I could I'd talk about them all day. I love thinking about them and finding others who love them. I work for a church. There are all kinds of things that make my job interesting. I wouldn't even say I have a specific routine- other than the time I get up. Any job dealing with people is never routine b/c people's lives are not routine. Yesterday I went to a funeral with a guy- that was not routine.
So, my main thought is that in order to not have a job that's routine, you need to find one that revolves around your passions.
Honestly, before I had a "real job", when I was in high school I thought the same thing and dreaded the day I became an office clone like in "The Office" or like Neo in the Matrix. But, as I went to college and had the chance to study the things I really liked, I got excited about what I could do.

GET THE INSPIRATION FROM THE SUN!

I got very much inspired by Him/ Her only!

See how cute He (put she also where ever He comes) is, and looking after his job for billions of years and more yet to come!! EXACTLY the same thing, the same routine and same rotation, day in and day out monotonously, daily the same timings, not even a second His punctuality ever been questioned!! No holiday, No rest, No recreations, No companion to say his agony or get a "reply" via net either!!

NOT ONLY THE SUN, THE AIR, THE RAIN AND THE RIVERS TOO!!

They go on doing their duties year in and year out, without any problems in it and not even a single question asked!!
All the seasons comes in a rhythemic way, folowers are flowering in their own timings, birds do migrate from one place to other in a systematic way!!

ALL THE CELESTIAL SYSTEMS

IN THE EXPANDING UNIVERSE

WITH BILLIONS OF STARS IN IT,

ARE DOING THEIR DUTIES

FOR EVERY MICRO SECONDS,

WITHOUT A GAP IN IT!!

And. are we not a tiny part of this Macro System!
Are we not a parcel of this Universe!

AND ARE WE NOT THE COMPOSURE OF THOSE BASIC FIVE ELEMENTS THUS:

1. EARTH

2. WATER

3. AIR

4. FIRE

5. SKY

IF, WE ARE THE PART AND PARCEL OF THOSE GREAT NATURE, HOW COME WE HAVE SUCH BORING MENTALITY WITH US?

THAT TOO! WHEN EVEN AN ELEPHANT DOES NOT GET BORED, HOW COME A LITTLE FLY UNDER THE SKY ???

Feel yourself, that you are the part of this vast universe, and be float with this MOTHERLY INSPIRATION (and do look un to the fatherly
S(O)UN daily, and do "surya namaskar"!!) & FATHERLY ENERGIES TOO!!

AND YOU WILL FEEL

THE REAL DIFFERENCE!!

I think in a way a routine is like a tradition. As a developed society, we are all made to follow a pattern,a fixed time plan. so going to school or getting a job and following it through, is just a part of that pattern of how a life ought to be lived. Its not compulsory but somehow today, life's only meaning is 'earning a living'(..and having fun along the way if you can!!)

You'll get money n even respect(from people who know you) as a result of this pattern--so theres your inspiration!
You'll get food too--so theres your energy!

But if you are unemployed and sleep and eat whenever you feel like..you'd be called a 'bum'! ..and your parent's worst nightmare!!

In fact I have observed that if they are unable to do the routine, they become nervous and they breakdown. The routine has gone to the blood. We need it, and refuse to accept change. We are happy with the routine. experience has taught us life can give nasty suprises, so we are happy with the familiar and the routine.

i feel human is a puppet for destiny. we live to do same thing each day just for a living and we still die one day, what is the purpose of living anyway? but we do eat everyday, we do this 3 times or more a day, we wont feel sick of it cos we need to do to survive.
