Corruption happens when there are not enough checks and
balances in a system to curb the problem, but is also happens
as a result of human greed, and the overall need to just not
get anywhere but onto someone else's gravytrain, the way
to stop this is to prosecute and fine offenders............................

But, can human greed and the need for things be legislated
I do not really think so..................................................................
Laws need to be strengthened....................................................
to stamp this kind of thing out................

It is all about the $$$,anymore corruption is inevitable as long as people are in control of politics or really anything.They say everyone has a price.Greed is not uncommon in any country or culture.

It is pervasive. In Iraq and Afghanistan, America is sadly yet very deserving perceived as the true embodiment of the true Rogue State.
Right now The Global Community considers " London, England/ The United States of America, and of course Israel the true axis of Evil.
The world believes this axis is the sole and terrifying threat to the survival of planet.
