you should tell her in a tactful quiet way if you are a woman - if you are a man ask a woman to tell her
she will be embarrassed enough by a woman telling her quietly - a man telling her will make her really cut!!!
but definitely tell her - it could happen to any of us

I'm a guy ... and I agree with Zaytox 100%. Although it would look like you are spreading the word on her red butt ... but I think she would be less embarrassed (if any) hearing it from a woman.

I would tell her very discreetly, like in a restroom, but thats only because I am also a woman. I would not suggest that you say anything if you are male. If anything, have some nearby, kind woman tell her for you, but not let her know that it was you who sent her. (make sense?)

Just go up to another lady and ask if she can go up to her and tell her nicely that she must have had her period.
Cause she would get embarrassed if a guy came up to her and said it!

Just act as if you've no idea it's her period and say:
"Excuse me, I think you may have sat on something and I felt I should let you know."

I would tell her: "HEY LADY! I CAN SEE YOUR BUTT! IT IS SWOLLEM LIKE A BABOON'S BUTT! HEY LADY! I THINK YOUR BUTT IS RED, LIKE A BABOON'S BUTT! HEY LADY, I THINK THAT MEANS YOU MUST BE ON YOUR PERIOD!"
