My father-in-law and my boss are both very charismatic (strong personalities, people are drawn to them) people and honestly I don't believe it comes across in their e-mails at all. My father-in-law uses the same language in his e-mails that he does in real life and that language is a part of his charismatic personality. So he might say, "Wonderful!" in an e-mail and he says that in real life. So, in that regard if you are a charismatic personality, then your e-mails will come across as an extension of you and thus will come across as charismatic. If you're not a charismatic person, it might be difficult b/c no matter what you say in your e-mail if someone knows you, they will know how it sounds for you to say that e-mail.
If people don't know you and you write them. The only thing I could think would be to sound confident and excited.

concentrate on one enemy at a time and blame him for everything that goes wrong;
people will believe a big lie sooner than a little one;
