Do your boy and yourself a favor...If he is a newborn don't dress him up fancy...cute as it is, this most definitely will mean discomfort, and chaffing at least...I highly recommend you go old school... Nothing looks as classy on a baby during fancy occasions as a traditional COTTON blouse...
It's basically a "fancy sack" for a kid... a long shirt sort of but very airy, comfortable and classy...If it's cold you can use flannel and two layers...
You should have one custom made at a family tailor. It will cost you less then buying a decent one and will be excellent in quality. Look in the phone book for a tailor and ask for someone specializing in children's clothing. They'll be able to design something unique and handsome for your boy and will generally cost less.
No buttons, belts, elastics or clips...and it is very old world and traditional for a boy...Remember to always use natural fibers, cotton and combed, lined lambs wool are great for babies...
He'll appreciate, you'll appreciate his not balling his eyes out, and you friends will respect your wisdom

Searching on eBay for baby tuxedo got these listings.....you have time to get one sent from the USA. They are cute and inexpensive. Otherwise check out a large indoor market place....or Christening shops.

ebay has new suits for boys not sure how small they go but they are really reasonable. You could also go to Burlington Coat Factory they have them down to pretty small.
