Depends cuz if ur fast u can get ur touch by always being with a ball whenever u can go outside and hit the ball to a wall or something try to keep the ball going back and forth without messing it up.Start about 15 to ten ft away from the wall. The better u get; keep getting closer which will demand faster reaction with ur foot.If u have touch than dont lose that touch and run a lot!!! It helps sometimes to watch professionals try to imitate the moves; they wont come out on the first try so just keep practicing. Also watch how a pro plays the position u play or u want to play.Try to watch video clips from European soccer, English,Spanish or Italian leagues.Try not to watch the mexican league cuz they play the game of lets touch the ball or just run with it and center and wait for the opponent to make a mistake.Trust me theres a big difference between Mexican style soccer and European style. As u might already know European soccer is better.

lots of training.

The more you repeat an action, the more it becomes second nature. Find which skills you are good at and practise them the most. Just look at Becham and his free kicks.

Don't neglect the other skills though.

Watch films, practice and concentrate on your best assets, & ask for coaching on areas you need to improve. Also work on conditioning, endurance, and quickness.

practice, keep fit & work on your tecnique.it would be easier to know how old you were & what position you played in so for now i would follow those 3 simple things.
