I am looking for a St Patricks day poster I can put up to advertise a party in the care home which I manage, And Irish recipes & ideas for the party.

You will find Irish recipes on the Internet. Soda bread, bacon & cabbage, colcannon (potatoes & cabbage), Irish stew, etc. The traditional Irish breakfast includes rashers, saussagues, black & white pudding. You could serve Guinness & Irish coffee. Some green, white & gold balloons & streamers would create an apropriate atmosphere. You will find CDs of Irish music very easily. I hope you have a great party.

Well the poster should be easy enough anything with shamrocks and leprachans if you google it you could get some pics to copy and paste. What recipes are you looking for?? dinner, finger food?? you will defo need some guinness at it too and some good irish music like the wolfe tones which i'm sure you can download off the net. email me if you have any questions especially about the food. :--)

Just make a tall green top hat and put all the particulars inside...date/time,etc...and get a recipe for Irish Soda bread and fill the halls with the yummy smell- if you bake it,they will come!
