Hope I can help.

I've had a look on the internet and have found a few Doll Hospitals that might help.

Be sure to ask them loads of questions before you part with your doll.

If you go to Google and type in the search bar (including quote marks) you will get a list to choose from.

"Doll Hospital"

Good Luck

Well, I doubt the place you got it i still open. Have yo tried an antic repair shop? I can't name any off-hand, but I'm sure if you found one, they could do something for you, if only to direct you to someone who does that type of job. If you can't find an antic repair shop, try asking in just a normal antic shop if they know where you could get it repaired. there are plenty of antic shops round.
Sorry, i wish i could be more helpful. And good luck, i hope it all works out for you.

I've answered one like this before- a lot of cruel doll owners out there!
Just type 'doll hospital' into Google and you will find a range of options to fix your neglected friend.
