i was on a website then this message come to me saying that i am the vistor NUMBER 999,999 and i won and to go to freelotto.com to reclaim are they joking or it is true? are they any spam or they just want to know my info

Don't touch a window like that; don't click on a link in it, don't even click on the red X to close it. Just press Alt + F4 to close an unsafe window.
Links are often to infected sites, and sometimes the red X to close the page is fake and may install spyware.
You have not won the lottery or an X box or a playstation 3 or an Ipod or any other of the claims they make to entice you to click!

it's only a silly lie! i've seen it many times before, they could be spammers, or even trying to give u danferous viruses and spywares and.,......
