Open up a restaurant that has a comfortable flair with a suggestion box to get ideas of what your customers would like once a month then adapt to their ideas it could make your business go well for you. Put a message board up where everyone can write down their suggestions so that other people will see whats going on. Add music for music lovers . Let a local band play for free so that it draws a crowd .Italian food is good. Hamburger and Hotdogs and frenchfries are a must. Family night might make people happy. Feature something for children such as poem day so that the children could read their poems on platform to other families, it's creative , it draws business and it's fun for everyone involved and as a reward give the winner a choice of their dessert for free. For adults in their early 20's have coffee house day once or twice a month . You could also have oldies night for the older crowd. The thing is to be diversified so noone gets bored and these things keep the crowd coming because it's interesting and theirs excitment from the time they reach the doors of the restaurant to the time they leave and they'll keep the memory with them. Use your own imagination and good luck to you. MarieV

a diner would be good- offering a complete meal from soup to dessert and have early bird specials, senior menu and childrens menu. A variety of food would even be better-sandwiches, burgers, to steak, chicken, fish and pasta dishes. Homemade desserts that are displayed in a case helps

you should open a sports bar/restaurant
if you think about it, america loves sports
there will be some kind of game on everyday
not everyone has cable or satellite
so more than likely they will need somewhere to watch it
you can serve foods such as..
pizza, tri tip, sandwiches, ribs, chicken wings, salads etc.
good luck!!

apparently you have no experience in the food service area or you wouldn't ask these questions it is a long and difficult rode to haul to open a successful eatery so take your time maybe take up food service in college and they have your questions answered by people who know

each and all of the sushi eating places around the place my husband went to varsity have been ran by Koreans. yet, now we live close to to Novi the place eastern human beings run it. To me, i can't flavor the version. I doubt it incredibly concerns. And in the event that they're working a eastern eating place, they could be conscious of wide-unfold eastern ingredients: soba, udon, tempura, sushi, and so on
