In our Indian tradition & culture it is wrong, Yes.
But in my view as long as she is not physically with the other guy, it's OK. and it is OK unless his husband dont know about this. If he get this news..... then there will be a big mess, marraige n life will be spoiled.

Anybody from of the pair falling in love with some other person is wrong. That act clearly shows that you are not committed towards your spouse. You are not dedicated.
Why does one need to look out for an option once they are married. Probably because they feel they are not satisfied by their spouses. In this case it's a plain indication that they donot love their spouses at all. Why is it so that before marraige when we love someone we can bear all the pain for him/her but we can't love our spouses the same way. This is kind of being selfish. Just cos you don't get what you want you say that my spouse is not worthy. All that marrtied couple should look for is love their partners and keep on loving. Even if their parnters are wrong, love them. Someday these partners would realize their mistakes and feel sorry about their wrongdoings.
Once a person is married he/she has responsibilities. And the greatest responsibility of the person is to make sure that he she can eliminate the negative aspects of his/her partner. And that can be done only by loving your partner.

It is wrong though she is not going physical with him. When a woman gets married she should think, luv only her man- husband and no one else. Unless and until her married life has come to such a situation where they can't live under one roof, she should not do such stupid thing. If she is happy with her married life, then she is a big fool to fell in luv with someone whom she herself is not sure whether that relation will be sucessfull.

Married and unmarried are same in front of love. One lives on his/her dreams and enjoyments. Society is to decide right or wrong. Where there is no society, there is no wrong as the right for one is not right for another and wrong also. Falling in love is the return payment of love received. Unless love others, married or unmarried can not exist on this earth for long. Making it right is one's ability like make the impossible to be possible. Human was always striving for it since long. Marriage is a social licence for over all upliftment of the civilization.
