The tap in the bathroom was running okay, then slowly the amt of water tat flow out become lesser everyday until one day NO water flow out from it at all...

What is the reason to this fault and what to do w/o engaging a plumber??

Could be any one of a number of things.
Maybe you have a burst pipe somewhere, which starting off as a leaking crack in the pipe but gradually worsened until it finally gave completely.
If it's only the hot water that's gone, maybe the pipe has furred up with limescale to the point that the flow can't continue.
Or there could be a problem with the actual tap itself, the mechanism inside the tap may need to be be adjusted or the tap replaced.
Your best bet would be to call a proffessional out to trouble-shoot for ya ;-)

hi it could be that your underground pipe ha got a hole in or disconnected or further into your pipes the wate might of frozen the pipes up hope i helped a
