can i stop this messege or stop any service or anything do for stop the "unknown publishers" warning.(by change my computer setting.)

Be very careful. DO NOT open any .exe files unless you absolutely know the source. You are asking to have your computer infected by spyware. Make sure you have a really good anti-spyware program such as CounterSpy installed to stop any malicious activity.

Be very careful opening .exe files. If you have any doubts, delete and purge immediately and you could save yourself a great deal of money and lost data.
The warning gives you an extra second or two to check before your PC decides to open attachments by itself, and that would be fatal. Don't change a thing!
