You have to download drivers for your phone from the internet, try to find free ones, sometimes spanish ones are free if you speak spanish. Then you have to restart your pc and get to an empty desktop (no open programs). Open the program for the phone drivers and then tell your phone to find device when your pc says it's ready. so some distance as in my experience of four years in this line , i've got no longer heard any answer for this situation . there are approaches by using which you would be able to Run internet on computer by using using cellular . Sorry pal....
