can anyone tell me what are the requirements to be married in Seatle Washington do you need a blood test ect.?

A friend is planning a trip to Seatle to see her long time male friend she thinks he is going to ask her to marry him but she thinks she will need to have a blood test. I am not sure if Seatle is one of the places that requires that what can I tell her.

I really do not know... Have them call their local court house to find out what they need..... If she needs a blood test what is the problem with that and she will not need it til she is almost married to him anyways.
