I can't seem to make up my mind about this organization. I want to believe that they are truly patriotic as I am and they will uphold our laws and at the same time show compassion, after all, that is the American way. But I've seen flag burnings and anti-minority gear that make me feel uneasy. I was born and raised in Los Angeles CA, I still remember when the Guardian Angels took to the streets of Hollywood, they really did make a difference. Could the Minute Men have the same result? What do you think my fellow Americans?

What good have they done for us lately? A recent report shows that illegal immigrants benefited the Texas economy to the tune of 17.7 billion dollars. I'm not an accountant, but the report sure looks good for illegal immigrants. You might be interested in the below links to unbiased sources:

The Minute Men have a one-track mind, and I doubt that they have the education or the intelligence to make decisions that would benefit America. I could get into it later, but the fact that something is illegal does not make it bad.

Below you will find the qualifications of the person, Comptroller Carole Strayhorn, who is responsible for this report. Please do note: She is highly qualified and, yes, she is a White woman. And, dare I say it, I am a proud White man.

They are trying to do what needs to be done, and should be done. They are not vigilantes at all... you should see what the "minorities" have done (including assault and other sorts of violation) to the minutemen who were just simply protesting. Have you seen the news, they say the "minorities" are the peaceful ones, when they are actually the people who try to provoke and assault the minute men. It's sad the way that they are subjected by the Border Patrol to stupid checks, knowing full well that whereever they have gone, crossings of illegals have actually gone down...

Man here's an issue that will bring up the walls of opinion until a terrorist finally crosses the border and kills thousands. I pray that we come together as a nation before that happens. You know, you see what the press wants you to see on this one and it depends on what channel you watch as to what you will see. I do however believe they have caused our politicians to take some action regardless how little.

The Minute Men's intentions are good, and their goals are honorable. The government needs to respond to their initiative positively, and do their part to see that they are properly monitored to ensure that their cause is not hijacked by racist or hate-mongering individuals.

They are patriots doing the jobs which the government should be doing. They see laws being broken and are protecting their country from such crimes.

Minute men are doing a job the federal government should but isn't willing to do. They are patriots.

Plain and simple.

I am sure there are some decent, law abiding citizens who are part of this organization. Unfortunately, racists and hate groups have infiltrated their ranks.
