Yup. We shipped ours here as it was fairly new. Worth noting that on our packing/customs slips we filled out for all our boxes, computers were listed as a banned item (we shipped via ship--it may have just been our shipping company's weird rule). I have no idea why, nor did our shipper contact so we didn't trip off it.
Remeber also that the elec here is 220V which is fine for the PC (all have the switch in the back) but our monitor is 110V.

YES.
i suggest you put it in your balikbayan box together with other items. in that case, you will not worry about the tax.
in any case, don't ship it with the post office or ups or any big name shipping company because they will charge you for tax since you have to declare what's inside your box. plus, they will charge more for extra handling services.
if you haven't bought yet a pc for shipping, consider buying instead in the philippines. for this matter, you will be sure of the warranty/guarantee plus you will save more since pcs in the philippines are much more cheaper, even the branded high-end ones.

You most certainly can but why would you do that? You could buy the same computer in the Phils. for a lot less and if you throw in the money you saved in transporting you could get a more powerful one.

Just to avoid the hassle of customs and import taxes, the Blibayan box would be the best and door to door.

yes, you can ship it but I suggest you buy your computer in the Philippines, there's a lot of branded PCs in the Philippines. And you are guaranteed of service and parts warranties.

You can but I don't recommend it. They got like a Gozzillion of them there already and they're pretty cheap to buy new.
