Associate them with something you are familiar with. Let's say you want to remember the sentence - " The pancreatic hormones are insulin and glucagon." You can remember this easily through association. Get the beginning letters of the vital words: " Pancreas, Hormones, Insuin and Glucagon" You can form the word PIG. P for pancreas ; I for insulin and G - for glucagon.
