Most forms of cervical cancer are caused by HPV. So, if you do not already have HPV you will probably contract it. Condoms, while minimizing your chances of getting things like warts, don't protect against this virus either as it is carried in the skin around the genital area and a condom doesn't cover all of that area. Some forms of HPV cause genital warts, so, you may get those. Others cause no symptoms at all and so, as far as a physical manifestation of "what will happen is pendant on what strain of the virus it is. Most commonly the strains that cause warts are strains 6 and 11. Ask the girl if she's ever had any STD before, ask her if she's ever had warts, tell her you're just trying to be safe because she has the cervical cancer and hopefully she gets offended. Strains that don't cause warts usually don't manifest themselves EVER in men, but they do increase your risk to get penile cancer by quite a bit. Unfortunately there is no way to test men to see if you carry the virus, none at all. Also, the guardasil shot (HPV vaccine) is only available to women 18-26 right now unless you can find a doctor will will prescribe it off label. They are currently testing it in men and younger individuals, but testing and getting to market is a long procedure. Sorry if that's not much help.

First of all, if I'm reading this right, the problem lies not with what will happen to YOU, but what will happen to her!
If she has cervical cancer, then she needs to be in the care of an ocologist and have appropriate treatment for that cancer. She could be experiencing pain, bleeding and other symptoms due to that cancer. Intercourse could be painful for her.
If you're worried about catching anything from her, put your mind at rest, it's not going to jump out and give you cancer. But I think you need to be more concerned about her health, than your ability to have sex.

It all depends on the reasons behind her cervical cancer. If the cancer was created because of an HPV strain you will most likely contract HPV. On the other hand if she got cervical cancer due to other environmental reasons (aside from HPV) and/or genetics you have nothing to worry about.

i don't think anything will happen unless they havve genital warts that may have led to the cervical cancer. But even still a lot of men will have HPV without showing any symptons and will be fine, except for passing it on to others. But get tested for HPV ( genital warts) but chances are your fine.... cerivcal cancer isn't an STD and does not always come from an STD

The only thing that will happen if you have sex with someone who has cervical cancer is just that you had sex with someone that has cervical cancer. Cancer is not contagious.

You might enjoy yourself. You certainly are in no danger of contracting cancer or anything else, unless of course, you have unprotected sex and your partner has other infections or diseases.....
