Any truth to the theory that an unusually cold February leads to an unusually warm June? And vice versa?

The last time it snowed here in feb/mar we had a cool spring and summer. this year we got a record cold, I am looking forward to a cooler summer

well in india this holds true because the weather cycles tend to change in fixed time...because of global warming the things are changing and becoming more un predictable by the day
