gone to the extent that I can't even stand my job anymore. I love my job very much if only it was nearer to home. I've tried everything to get another job but I just can't find it.This is so depressing because I seriously need my family and friends at this stage of my life, because to tell the truth I've never spent a lot of time with them- I asked to go to boarding school when I started high school and then immediately went to college and only saw them during holidays. The worse part is that renting apartments in this city is very expensive if I was staying at home I wouldn't even be paying so much for accommodation I suppose I'll have to be patient until another job comes along

Do you and your family have email or instand messanger of any kind? That way you can be incontact with them more .

Or get a few phone cards that are cheap so you can call them alot. They have some really good web cams that are out there that will let you see them when you talk to them and that might make it better and help you miss them less.

If you just want to talk to them face to face, buy a webcam so while using msn you can see each other. And if you miss the good and tasty home-cooked food and cannot come to them, let them come to you!You can call them to cook at your apartments!=)
