Mr Perfect
This guy had the skills in the ring, and the personality to make his gimmick successful.
I first took notice of him for his finisher, the Perfect-Plex, and at that time being impressed by the strength and agility you'd need to pull that off. :)
Also found funny the way he'd spit out his gum and flick it away, perfectly in line with his character.
Oh, and I love his entrance music while in WWF, Spartacus I think. Very grand and appropriate.
