I pay for my items and the cashier gave me my bags of item with a smile. Came home and check my stuff and missing 2 items that the cashier must of not hand me in the bagging place. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm thinking of going there and talk to them about it but I also want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I know sometimes they make mistakes but it's a hassle to drive up there and try to talk with them. I don't know if they will believe me though. Any suggestion on what I should do or say?

It really isn't such a big deal.Either you forgot to pick up the additional bag or the cashier forgot to give it to you.Call them, and more than likely, the cashier put the bag aside when she/he realized you didn't pick it up.It has happened to me several times, and Walmart especially tends to put the bags on the low counter and can easily be missed.

Take your bags and the receipt back to the store and go to the cashier that rang you out and see if maybe she put the bags up somewhere in case you came back. If she says no then you need to talk to a manager and discuss the situation.

That's happened to me before. I usually call the store and tell them what register you went through and ask them to check. If the package is still there, ask them to put your name on it and put it at the cust. service desk. Then go get it when you can. I doubt it would do any good to go there. they see so many people, they won't remember you plus they change cashiers every 3-4 hours. IF it didn't cost a lot, just count your losses and re buy it. WM screws everybody and you probably won't get it back

Give as much detail as possible (which checkout, missing items, receipt, cashier, etc.) They may remember it. If not just let them know how unhappy you are with the service, and you think it would be a better idea to . Tell them you will tell ALL of your friends and family how dissatisfied you were with Wal-Mart.

If you do it as soon as you discover that items are not there, I am sure they will have you go get the items and let you take them. Wal-Mart is pretty good about that as long as you have your receipt. You can not wait hours and days, go straight back and go to customer service and request the Manager. Good Luck

Did you receive the reciept? If so than they should have cameras stationed at almost every cashier now. Just go in and go to customer service and asked to speak with a manager and explain the situation to them. More than likely they will be more than happy to help you out with your situation.

Go to the 99 cents store and avoid BJ's, Cotsco, Sam's Club, and alike.
