None of the above.
"Used" would be the proper term.

Because for something to be "found" would indicate a search for something was accomplished.

"Discovered" would mean that something of great importance came to light. (or found)

"Made" would be something that was created with intent.

An island which is not on a map may be discovered. and Pulau nasi as an island may be said to be discovered too.

An island on a map may be found.

An organization may be founded.

A phrase or saying may be coined.

A machine may be invented.

The Earth may be created.

Pulo Nasi as a name can be only made.

a name can be 'coined' too.... but used is probably closest in the context you're using, as someone above me has already suggested.

If you're talking about when the island was first discovered, you should remove "the name of".
