you could be suffering from depression ... which can be a VERY serious condition if you fail to seek help for it.
Go speak to your Doctor and see what they have to say.
there are many ways to treat depression .. sometimes it can be just a matter of formulating an exercise program that will increase the endorphines in your body and that will help ..
sometimes it's a matter of making sure you are getting enough light ( there is a particular form of depression called SAD ... Seasonal affected Disorder and this is treated partly by getting more light into your day .. there is a particular globe that is used to help)
Sometimes it is a matter of medication .. but you owe it to yourself to just go and see ..

A doctor might say your sick and put you on anti-depressants. Depression is usually what those symptoms mean. What you need to find out is why you are like this. Medicine may not be able to help what is wrong. When I last felt like that I had major depression caused by spiritual problems and identity problems. Maybe you should see a psychologist before you see a doctor. Perhaps you will not need medication. If this is not your first time feeling this way and a psychologist that you trust believes you may be helped by medication then you should probably go to a doctor. Every time your depressed, your risk increases. Make sure the doctor has lots of experience with prescribing anti-depressants, because not every doctor is well qualified in this area. Be careful if you do start taking medication. There is no way a doctor can be sure how any certain anti-depressant will affect you. Medication alone usually doesn't get the best results. I took medication, but I only got better because I was seeing a psychologist. Also talking usually works faster than medication. You may need some kind of treatment for several months.

Sometimes we just feel bad because of the way the brain works. The chemicals in the brain are responsible for our mood. When the balance beween these chemicals are not 100% you might have a bad mood.It can be because of stress or because of hormonal changes such as menstrual period or child birth or side effects of some drugs that can affect these chemicals.I suggest you take a simple antidepressants for 3 months such as Citalopram...it helps to restore those chemicals...otherwise no matter what happens in your life or how many years you go without treatment it will stay there.....

You may be clinically depressed: get your MD to send you to a shrink. Maybe your school counsellor has a copy of the BDI:
The Beck Depression Inventory (BDI, BDI-II), created by Dr. Aaron T. Beck, is a twenty-one question multiple choice self-report inventory that is one of the most widely used instruments for measuring the severity of depression. The questionnaire is designed for adults age 17-80 and is composed of items relating to depression symptoms such as hopelessness and irritability, cognitions such as guilt or feelings of being punished, as well as physical symptoms such as fatigue, weight loss, and lack of interest in sex.[1] There are three versions of the BDI -- the original BDI, first published in 1961 and later revised in 1971 as the BDI-1A, and the BDI-II, published in 1996. The BDI is widely used as an assessment tool by healthcare professionals and researchers in a variety of settings.

when you go out and sign up for a job and your social security number rolls around for the next fifty years i was afraid of just what happened you get taken down to their level you get the hell beat out of you and they give you a guilt trip for the little satisfaction you ever got out of life so if you want to sit around and think thing over your welcome to try and fabricate what is now history~all the second world war guys are just about out~ and the builder bob generation isn't going to be here long either , so it baby boomers for the next thirty years ask on of them to aim your direction with skill we never knew big brother was going to throw at us, if feel as sick coming out as i did going in

Maybe you are not happy with your life right now? Try to figure out what you are doing that makes you happy; what things make you unhappy. Apply that test to friends also. Then, figure out what to do to make some changes.
