I looked a comedy and laughed and forgot my troubles for a while and when the movie was over my troubles do not seem so bad after all. you might be experiencing a bout of depression if you don't want to talk to a doctor about this situation then take st. johns wort and drink chamomile tea before going to bed and wake up feeling refreshed. Talk to a friend or family member and see if this helps. Good-luck

fake it~that is the only law of survival the other option is no option because it is a head game~faking it is also a head game but the points are are win win situation for both, otherwise it is weenie whining time and guys wannnnnnnnnnnnnnna die~ so if the fake electrical system is wiring to the same processing information it should respond as non~opinionated trick that has the best of all options, sticking it in the dirt, is already the history books worst companion

Sometimes ... I Grizzle .. all day .. BUT by the end of it .. I am being silly and Over-grizzle and usually end up in a good mood...
Other times I Whistle .. very loudly and some very bad old songs ( lol sometimes one's my grandparents used to sing )..
and other times ..I just wait till the end of the day and Hope that tomorrow is going to be a whole lot better

I stopped, took a deep breath, and decided to take it slower, and deliberately. And just got through the day with as few mishaps as possible. I sometimes feel like when I woke up, that I am "out of phase" or that I woke up and missed the "time continuom(?)" or something. (Ok, something like a twilight zoney type of thing.)

well ... normally I'd find a friend, not necessarily close one, and pour it all out on him/her =)) that's what's friends are for haha. I'd also write down everything I don't feel right about, either on paper or on my weblog. And ... what's going on right now is not as bad as you think it is ... so maybe you just need some sleep, everything will be all right.

call some of your friend and just ask them what are they doing if they say nothing ask if they would like to get a movie / go out to eat or you could just talk on the phone to some one your interested in.
