Yes, you can, as per given spec you'll be able to run Microsoft Vista Home Basic only as you got shared AGp, If you got the empty slot for graphic card use any ATI card more that 128MB memory, & add 512 or 1GB Ram after that you can can run any version of Vista on your laptop.

go to the windows website to have it check your computer--but you need at least 1 GB of memory, this I know--I'm looking to upgrade myself before I get Vista.
