of course you need sysreset in order to get these tunes. just get sysreset from sysreset.com.
go to the select server in the file tab to add in "irc.rizon.net". and enter rizon.net. then join "#nipponsei" from the favorites tab. the site will tell you how to get the tunes from their room.
