i have a male flareon and i want to make another eevee to make vaporeon and joltleon and i tried to breed it with a ditto but the daycare man says "they don't like each other very much" or something like that and i was afraid they wont breed my freind dont want me to borrow his female joltleon

It's a little different in fire red. Drop off your ditto and flareon in the daycare. It is supposed to say, 'They don't like eachother much' leave them alone for a while, go face the elite 4 again, level up etc. Come back later and the man will be standing outside and he'll give you the egg.
Leave them there and go down cycling road a few times and the egg should hatch into a level 5 Eevee. Return to the daycare and the old man will have a new egg for you.

Here's my answer to your question since I've been playing Pokemon games since Pokemon Red and Blue.
Ditto will breed with any Pokemon as long as it's not someone like Elekid or a legendary.
So it will be able to breed with an Eevee or any of its evolutions. It'll just take time. Don't worry about what the Breeding Center person says.
