Hi all, iam anil here presently working in sharjah. at the moment i dont have a family status, but i would like to call my wife here through dependent visa. pls advice me on what basis a dependent visa will be issued.
Is salary certificate a must. and also i dont have a marriage certificate as my marriage is under special marriage act. we got married through arya samaj and i can furnish the certificate of marriage given by them.will this certificate be accepted by the uae governmetn. or will a sworn affidavit will be sufficient to get the visa. kinldy give a complete details on this.
also pls furnish me with what type of visa will be sutiable for her to stay in uae and get a job too.
my wife passport was made before our marriage and it still holds the unmarried status. pls guide me to wht changes must be made in the passport too.

Your wife will have to update her visa, meanwhile talk to your country's Embassy to find out what to do.
