The community should form an association and file a case about this problem. Also this matter should be taken to the media and exposed. May be they don't want them to prosper.

dear abid - no its not true, dear u r asking this question in a country whose current president is a muslim. Now i come to your doubt. Let us take one area of Delhi densly populated with your community. Bildings are, i think older thant your grand papa. u think one can give permission to play with such a building in such a densly populated area. any accident may cause huge losses, many can die. i think same problem will with your locality if you suffered NO from delhi authorties.

now comming to my side i am from jammu, a state in which my community is in Minority. but we have to take prior permission and a visit from municipal officels their approval. Now if i complain that municipal officars are harrasing hindu community. Is this, u think is the right excuse, if i was not given permmission.

Dear Abid, u are educated, u can understand things better, i am confused how u and people like u comes under such a mindset of Minority & majority community. Friend we all are indians, be a national. love your country & people of ur country. Visit jkencyclopedia.com and be happy.

See a lawyer, planing commission has this authority but usually the ban is lifted after the problems are resolved.

It is subject to challenge but who has the money to do so. So you have to work within the systems.

Class action some times works.
