In this day and age, people would look at you like you were a nut. Seriously, what is wrong with jeans and pants? Dresses and skirts are not practical in most situations. I seriously doubt that God will strike you down for wearing pants. Most female pastors that I have known wear pants during the week (and dresses on Sundays) and don't see anything wrong or sinful about it.

There is nothing wrong with jeans and pants. Thats what I prefer to wear, haven't worn a skirt for years.......can't be bothered with the whole pantyhose thing.....I am a Christian, and I am NOT damned to hell for doing so LOL

I can't remember which verse in the Bible refers to women not wearing the clothes of men, but it must be read in context, and not used as an isolated thing like often happens, and also remember that clothing was very different in Biblical times.

Also, in victorian times it was considered immoral to show your ankles or wrists,so really, ideas change, and if you dress with good taste and are not exposing yourself in a tacky way, wear what you like!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God will NOT strike you down for wearing what you are comfortable in, He is more concerned about the inner you than what you wear on the outside.

Some religions say that women should dress like women and not wear the clothing of men. I know they get that from a verse in the Bible, but I'm not sure which one. There is nothing wrong with jeans/pants as long as a woman does not dress that way in an attempt to look like a man. This is what I believe was meant by the verses that are used to back up their manner of dress.

There's a saying, I'm sure you've heard it ... never judge a book by it's cover. In other words, what is on the outside is not representative of what's on the inside. Why should anyone care what another person is wearing? And anyway, didn't Jesus wear dresses? He probably wore no underwear either.

The great thing about the human being is God created us with our own will. Of course to be a Christian you have to be willing to lay your own will aside and do God's Will. (what He wants you to do) I am a Holiness Pentecostal woman. I do not cut my hair 1 Corinthians 11:15 , I do not wear make-up or jewelry 1st Timothy 2:9, and I do not wear anything that pertains to a man ie-pants mens shoes mens shirts etc.Deuteronomy 22:5 All scripture is taken from the King James Version Bible. I believe that God has asked me to "lay aside" these things I do not push my beliefs on anyone else but I do believe that this life is the life that God had intended us to live. He wants to be a part of our everyday lives and he is Real. Jesus is His Son, and He is coming back soon so we all need to be ready for Him. If you question what I have written all you have to do is Pray to God, ask Him. If you are truly seeking an answer you'll get one. Make Jesus Christ your savior, pray and ask Him to make you clean and whole, to live in you and be your Savior. God Bless

This would be a very conservative view of things. Possibly appropriate in an Amish community, but most modern Christians that I know do not take this view.

Wear whatever you want, let them judge you however they want. That stuff doesn't matter in the end. The only thing that really matters is WHO you are.

Don't let these other women judge you, your religion won't.
