If you don't have the WiFi for the systems a wireless router won't do you any good, because the WiFi on the systems is to be able to received the signal from the wireless router.

If you get the wireless Router you also need to get the WiFi for the systems.

You will be better off just getting a regular router and running wires to your consoles if you don't want to invest on the WiFi adapter.

If you have the 60 GB PS3 and the Wii they already have WIFI, you will only need to buy the one for the Xbox and that is around $99 USD.

I also have DSL at 1.5 Mbps and run my PS3 and Xbox360 wireless with no issues, with a wireless router, so if you have at least that speed you shouldn't have any problems running them if you decide to go for the wireless router.

I hope this helps you

you don't need to buy wireless internet, that's the whole point of a wireless router is so you can use your DSL or cable connection with your consoles, by using a wireless router so you don't have to run freakin' cords from your consoles into your PC. i believe one wireless router would do the trick for all 3 consoles.. of course you'll have to set it up for each one

wireless is slower than hardline. i have a 360 hardlined straight to a broadband router. if the only way to get your connection is through wireless then the wireless router (hub) is better than buying the wireless connections for each individual console.
but if you can hardline the whole system i find its better.

i have a netgear wireless router, and it can have up to 3 wireless connections on it at once, and 1 wired connection through a mdem. i hooked up my nintendo wii to it, and it wirks very well.
