v can do that by giving some extra help 2 the people who wanna study and help their country ...caz v all know that most of the poor person and children are intelligent and have lots of dream but they can't fulfill them caz hey don't have money........so 2 help them v can make a school 4 them and then give some of them schlorship 2 foreign counrties if u can .....and the money 4 there education will come from the public ..........that is make sure that all the country men pay their tax..caz goverment is run by tax then y not a small school with gud facilities........v can also give the lunch in the school .....so the children in india is not hungry and uneducated..............and this can make india a develop country
god has given every thing that he has but has not given it 2 only 1 person every peson have got only 1 quality and it is the our job 2 find that out and use it...........4 their gud and countries gud...if v do that then v can b the no1 country in this word...........then what is america?
