They should drop a little bit. Due to house prices the market right now is not the best. Rates are on the high side and people are having a hard time selling their houses. It is not rare right now to see houses sitting on the market for 6 months or more. If you are looking to buy a house, you should be shopping. It is more of a buyers market than a sellers market. If you find something that you like put in an offer. You just might get what you want for the price that you want it. Happy hunting...

No houses appreciate every year, meaning go up in value, and price. Buy a home now, shop around for the best mortgage and interest rate you are qualified for, it will make a big difference on you monthly payments. Best Wishes and Happy home shopping!
