Where are the sources for Thailand's domestic law? What does Thailand's domestic law say about asylum seekers, are there any domestic laws that prevent them from sending these people back to places where they may face persecution?

No there's no protection for asylum seekers per se. However recently North Koreans have been smuggled into Thailand from China - the Thai government sends them to South Korea, thank goodness. Foreigners have scant protection in Thailand - corrupt police and courts ensure that.

Constitution is the supreme law of Thailand and all other laws must conform to its provisions.

I bet your teacher would appreciate it much more if you did your own homework, instead of playing video games, and waiting here for someone to do all this research for you to print out and take to school. Do your own homework.
