Okay, to clarify what I‘m asking: when you say any word, repeated over and over continuously, it looses meaning. For example say the word "lust" over and over right now. It will start to lose its meaning and you'll have to think about what it actually is rather than just know it.

because in doing this , the mind cannot concentrate on the real meaning of the word unless one trains the mind to concentrate on the meaning while performing other functions. this is multi-tasking.

It's not the meaning that the word have lost, but its value and sincerity of the speaker. Saying the same word too many times may sound like a parrot talk, but this is not always true.

Is it "too many" if you tell your lover everyday you love her. Girls like it and everyday may not be enough.

It's not the words you say many times that may make it lose it's meaning. It may be your way of saying the word. If you really feel what you say every time you say it, it's not a word any more. It becomes a montra, a magic word, a sacred word, the word that may bring everything you want. If you want something badly, say it and feel it repeatedly, it will come true sooner or later.

If you're mad at your parents, for example, you might say

"I hate you."

They'd be shocked and sad because you've never said that before. But if you began to get mad at them a lot and said it again and again and again they would begin get used to it and realize you can't hate them that much and just say it alot.
