I think she is being charged with Agrevated manslaughter..accidents happen, thats why they call them accidents..do you think the family would sue you or I for 50 Million if we weren't famous? I think not

I think she will end up doing community service and paying a fine and that's it. I don't think she should go to jail she didn't' get in an accident on purpose and she didn't deliberately try and kill that woman. I do feel she should pay some type of damages to the spouse of the deceased
