this is a serious question an i have never been in this situation before. im 25 yrs old and my 18 yr old girl friend is preg with my kid. ok is it normal for a female to all of a sudden grow excessive hair around her anus when she is pregnant? and is it because of horamones?

Yes, that is not uncommon. She may have shaved it before or had it waxed and be afraid to now. She has quite a few hormones and it is not anything to worry about. If it bothers you, I would recommend you keep your mouth shut. She will spend a lot of her pregnancy worried that she is too fat or now she is ugly to you. If you mention the hair, she will FREAK. Get her a day at the spa complete with a bikini wax or talk with her about whether she wants you to help her shave "down there" because sometimes its easier for the doctors to work if there is less hair. Make it sound like you are offering her a kindness not like you want to shave her.

I cant say anything about hair around the anus exactly but pregnant women seem to get hairy period or atleast I did

yes its normal. Extra vitamins gets the hairy period. it will get normal after the baby. And its really hard to shave down there when we're pregnant because there are other things that are more important then.

it is normal to grow hair faster and thicker.. ur nails will also grow faster.. im not sure about hair around the anus but its different for everyone.. when i was pregnant i HAD to shave my legs ever day!!

i guess u had just discovered it. There will be no sudden growth of hair around the anus when pregnant.

yeah its normal.. shes taking vitamins.. which makes her hair grow.. her nails grow and everything

I think she forgot to shave.
