Osmosis: water moves from an area of low solute concentration to an area of high solute concentration. An example of a solute is glucose.

If the body did not absorb glucose from intestines and nephrons, it means there would be a higher concentration of glucose in the intestines and kidneys than in the blood stream so that water would move from the blood stream to the intestines and to the urinary bladder and will eventually end up as urine.
Meanwhile, the body is expending energy using glucose for its activities, it means eventually there would be no glucose at all in you blood stream so that the water would move out even faster to eventually be released in urine and feaces.
So, the answer to your question, the body would shrink up.
