im in karachi there is some garbadge near my home and i hav open type of hom so flies are a big problem

I find burning incense really discourages flies from hanging around.

you could grind up some fresh mint and place it in sachets or cheesecloth and hang them around you patio/balcony, around your doors and windows. you could also spread boric acid around the cartridge can to repel the flies
