all they do is answer the phones and don't get paid crap and customers can be so rude and obnoxious.blame it on the cell companies and one is no better than the other

i word at a cell phone company.. and when.. im all polite and stuff.. and they call and yell curse do all that.. i dont mind... they can do it all i want.. i just put them on mute so they cant hear me.. and i will just sit there and let them get all there frustration out.. then i will try and talk and calm em down...

oh and i speak english.. i work in the united states.. now when you call companys like sprint and there is another one.. dont know whichone.. thats when you get those non english speaking reps..were most cell phone companys have call centers here in the states..

and verizon trains you for like 7 weeks.. thats why we have the best customer service

Maybe because some of those representatives are rude, and of no help, whatsoever. It can be irritating, to say the least, to be placed on "hold," forever, and still not have your problem or question solved when the call is done.

The companies should train their employees, so they know what they're talking about. They should also give them a course in customer service etiquette (manners).

They might be angry at the company but, they shouldn't get nasty with the customer service rep. It's not their fault. You will find that some people understand that and are patient when others seem to show their intelligence by being rude.

Some people need to utilize spell check....anyway, i feel you on this as i work for a cell company myself..i just laugh because more than likely when they get irate, they hang up (or get hung up on) and have to call back and explain the situation ALL OVER AGAIN! anyway, im still getting paid....

Because most of those "customer service represenatives" at cell phone companies don't speak english very well. It's either Habib from india speaking gibberish or Shwanika talking her strong black woman E-bonics! Frusterating!
