It depends on the sensitivity of the test, but some may be positive three or more days before your period is due.
For the most accurate results, use the first morning urine to test. It is more concentrated and will have more B-HCG if you are pregnant. This hormone level rises during early pregnancy very steeply and the more hormone, the more likely a test is pregnant.
I once had a student test pregnant five days before her period was due using a home test. The reaction was so fast and so dark I thought she might be a month along and just in denial, but it turned out she was carrying twins.

you can get an early detection pregnancy test that will show if you are pregnant about five days before your expected period.

1 to 2 weeks after u conceive cos u will feel damn tired not like usual, and nipple feel so sensitive, for more accurate use pregnacy test kit 1weeks after ur suppose menstruation.
