being with my husband is sacred to me,
so even if i could get 3x what i'm getting right now in terms of salary, i don't want to move far away from him, am i being reasonable?

Only you can decide what's reasonable. Most career positions with large companies will have one relocating sooner or later in order to career broaden. If you are career-minded, this is often necessary for proper advancement. You have to examine your priorities with a "big picture" perspective.

Is there any way your husband could transfer to where your new job would be? You have to think of what would be best for the both of you. I know if it were me I wouldn't move without my husband, no way!

Yes and no.
Yes because there is nothing wrong with wanting to stay near your husband, after all that's why you married him, to be with him.
But if they are offering you 3X more, maybe your husband could move with you?
