I dreamt of my ex-girlfriend a couple of times, but we have no communication for 10 long years. But the dream i have with her feels like its really happening. As in you're in it. And my dreams are sequential. Like a narrating a story.
And sometimes my dreams are too detailed that frequently it happens to me. What I see in my dream happen in me. I just want to make sure if my dreams do have connections in me.

Yes dreams have a connection.It's your subconscious letting you know whats happening with your mind and body.

To see your ex in your dream also signifies aspects of yourself that you have crossed out or neglected.

Of course our dreams always have real connections to us. Dreams are expressions of the subconscious mind, it is a way of reaching back and looking forward. In your case, your constant dreams of an ex-girlfriend could be an inner desire to see her, or perhaps you may just be missing that person so badly but denies it in your conscious capacity and because of this you start dreaming of her.

Dreams are reflection of who you are and how do you see things. Also if you analyze them you might find that dreams really can predict the futue.
About your ex girlfriend...I think that you had repressed thoughts about her....and now they are showing up. The second option is that maybe your ex gff thinks about you.
But that doesn't mean that she will come back to you. It just means that she is thinking of you or your repressed thoughts are in the surface.

Can't say much but some people believe that dreams do come true. So if you're hoping to have a new start with your ex, then pray that they do come true, otherwise stay far far away from your ex.
