I found this (below) from another answer, and I think it's the correct analysis. (My initial answer to this was that "find the 'error'" could be interpreted as literally finding the words " the error," the second time it is mentioned, after "Body:" But I think that is less likely to be the proper answer to this game than the answer below.
At the top, it says, "Find the error. It's impossible." <--(ERROR)
It is impossible to find it, because there is no error.
The joke is that 20% of people did find an error where there wasn't one. THE OTHER 80% TRIED TO HARD AND MISSED THE ANSWER...THERE YOU GO.
The ERROR IS (find the error its impossible) TRYING TO FIND IT IS THERE ERROR..SIMPLY BECAUSE THERE IS NO ERROR BELOW..hence "80% of UCSD students could not find the error above.

If looking at the alphabet there should be a capital letter next to a small case letter, not two capital letters.

There are two zeros instead of two Os.
00 instead of OO

There are no v's... instead of two v's there's a W (double U).
