There are no words in the English language that end in the letter V although there are several like grave, rave, have, save, pave,....you can add some of your own words here that end in the V sound. There are several Russian words, particular names that end in V such as Romanov, Chekhov, Molotov as in Molotov cocktail, Karamazov, Gorbachev, Kirov. You are not specific as to what language you are referring to and I am also wondering if anybody gave you this assignment or if you are just trying to have some fun.

there are not many words that end in V
spiv - (black marketeer) is one and there are many words ending with v which are either a short form or an abbreviation
like NAV, LAV, DIV, GOV,DEV, CHIV
then there are names like moshav, Kalashnikov,Gustav
