I would have to go with Merlin from the Sword in the Stone. Its not originally a Disney character, but their adaptation was pretty great.

That would have to be 'Walt', himself. Most of the film with his name in it was produced by thousands of individuals who never
earned the dollars and recognition of the now deceased Disney.
He was like an old gent you still see on KFC food containers. It
is a class act. Heavy handed he might have been upon the paid
professionals who introduced classical music in humor themes, tireless promotions of theme parks, and insipid scripts. Yeah,
what a character!
