I think my heater core is broke. I started the car tonight and it started smoking. It was smoking on the outside under the hood and smoke was also coming in the inside of the car. I then started it like 5 minute later. The power steering isnt working. The car is overheating. And the radiator where u put the fluid in sounds like it is bubbling. Even after I turn off the car the radiator is sounding like it is bubbling. What is wrong with my car. What do i need to fix and how much will it cost

Thank you for your help

Nope. It's not the heater core, it's your drive belt for the water pump, alternator, A/C, and all the other goodies under the hood.

If the "smoke" that was inside the car caused your windshield to fog, you do indeed have a heater core leaking, and the only REPAIR is to replace it.
You CAN by-pass it by looping the heater hoses together. No heater or defogger, but you can drive the car.
If you have sprung a leak that sprays the alternator, P/S, and A/C belt, they will not turn the appliances, and they won't function.
You will need to either clean the coolant off the belts or replace them.
The belts could have fained, and the water pump is not circulating the coolant, and therefore the car has over heated.
If this is the case, replace the belt, and top off the coolant.
The reason it still makes noise after the engine is stopped, is that the coolant is still hot, and what yo hear is boiling. When it cools down, it will cease the noise.

I'm with "Mister Know It All" on this one. Sounds to me that your belt has broken, causing the engine to over heat, which lead to pressure build up, which lead to your heater core cracking. I'm also thinking that something has lock up driven by the belt, alternator, water pump, A.C., or maybe the power steering pump when you first started the engine. 90% of the time the bearing in the A.C. pulley will lock up on you. I wonder if your car was making any noise when you first started the engine. Like a a squealing sound, I'm thinking that the smoke was from the belt burning, and then breaking. I just can't see geting smoke in and out of the car when you first cranked the cold engine, unless it was belt smoke. Only belt smoke would instantly appear in and out of the car and with your vent open. I don't seem to have all the clues on this very hard, wish I was there. What did the smoke smell like, something sweet or like burnt rubber?

sounds like heater core, if so that why coolant is low & radiator has bubbling sound, how long did you run vehicle before bubbling sound occurred, very little or a lot ? if very little its possible you have exaust getting into coolant system which is possible head gasket problem or cracked head .need to have pressure test performed on coolant system first and go from there.
good luck. also check your drive belts to see if water pump is turning along with power steering.this will cause it to run hot also.
